A two-level room with shower

Atelier

The Atelier (French for workshop) has its own separate entrance. When you open the door, you step into a nice open space with high ceilings and wooden beams.

This charming unit comes fully equipped. There’s a salon to spend a couple of lazy hours in, an eating place and a small kitchen (of which the centerpiece is an AGA stove, but there are also 2 electric cookers, a Nespresso coffee maker, a water boiler and sink). The pellet stove gives this room a really warm atmosphere – literally. The bathroom has a shower.

This split-level room has a maximum occupancy of 3 persons: a single bed and a room with a double bed. From your bed you have a wonderful view on the meadows and woods behind the house.

All prices include a homemade regional breakfast. In weekends there is a two night minimum and we prefer arrivals on Friday evening. Payment by credit card is possible. Bathrobes and a bottle of Chaudfontaine water are available for 10 euros.

Tourist Tax

Starting of the first of January 2020 our local village Olne asks for a tourist tax of 0,5 euro par person a night. So I have to ask starting for every reservation demand of 1 February 2020 this tax. The tax is paid in coins! It will be mentioned on your invoice.

These are our policies regarding reservations and cancellations.
We kindly ask for a 30% advance when making a reservation. Do you have to cancel your booking? If you do so more than 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, only the advance is due. When canceling between seven and three days before arrival, 80% of the total cost is due. When you cancel less than three days before arrival, the total cost is due.
